Terms and conditions

1. The £200 payment will only be paid if as a result of your introduction a new tenancy agreement is completed and all payments due from the new tenant are paid.
2. A payment will not be made where a new tenancy agreement is entered into, because one or more tenants under an existing tenancy agreement are replaced with new tenants.
3. The payment is to be made entirely at our discretion and the right is reserved to withhold the payment without reason being given.
4. A cheque for the payment will only be issued to you by post and the payment will not be made in cash.
5. We reserve the right to decline to let property to the person or persons you introduce to us if they do not meet our financial criteria, cannot provide satisfactory references or for any other reason.
