Holding Deposit
Upon the instruction of solicitors in the documentation of agreed terms a holding deposit will be required to withdraw the property from the market. This will amount to a sum the equivalent of one month’s rent (plus VAT) and will mean that the premises are withdrawn from the market with no further inspections undertaken. Such a deposit will serve as a guarantee of the proposed tenant's intention to proceed and will be non-returnable in the event that the tenant decides not to proceed. In the event that the legal process exceeds 1 calendar month then a further holding deposit may be required.
Lease/Agreement
