Holding Deposit
Upon the instruction of solicitors in the documentation of agreed terms a holding deposit will be required to withdraw the property from the market. This will amount to a sum the equivalent of one months rent (ie plus VAT) and will mean that the premises are withdrawn from the market with no further inspections undertaken. Such a deposit will serve as a guarantee of the proposed tenant's intention to proceed and will be non returnable in the event that the tenant decides not to proceed. Moreover in the event that the legal process exceeds 1 calendar month then a further holding deposit may be required.
Length of Lease/Agreement
We offer flexible leases for our London office space which means the length of lease and the specific terms are negotiable depending on your requirements. Although the minimum lease length on offer is normally one year.
Size of Offices
The offices we offer vary in size with the smallest being 100 sq ft and the largest being approx 10,000 sq ft. However we tend to specialise in office space from 100 sq ft to 2000 sq ft. Depending on the type of business space required approximately 100 sq ft is needed per person.
