Costs: Our London flats to rent are competitively priced and the costs we quote on our web site exclude bills, which will include council tax and utility bills. As with most London estate agents a six week deposit is required and at the start of a contract for one of our flats to let one months rent will be required in advance.
Length of Rental Agreement: The standard lease that we normally offer is a one year agreement and if requested we can also offer a sixth month break clause.
Furnished/Unfurnished: We offer our flats to rent on a part furnished or unfurnished basis. Therefore you are welcome to furnish the apartment with your own furniture, or we can part furnish the flat. Part furnished would usually include basic items such as a beds, wardrobes, living room furniture and table and chairs.
Size of Flats to Rent In London: We can usually provide one, two or three bedroomed flats to rent in London.
