Costs: Our student accommodation is competitively priced and the costs we quote on our web site exclude bills, which will include council tax and utility bills. As with most London estate agents a six week deposit is required and at the start of a contract for one of our flats to let one months rent will be required in advance. Most budgets can normally be catered for and the weekly rent usually ranges from approximately £150 per week for a studio flat, to approximately £350 a week for a three bed flat.
Length of Rental Agreement: The standard length of lease that we normally offer for our student accommodation is a one year agreement and if requested we can also offer a sixth month break clause.
Furnished/Unfurnished: We offer our student flats to rent on a part furnished or unfurnished basis. Therefore you are welcome to furnish the apartment with your own furniture or we can part furnish the flat which would usually include basic items such as a beds, wardrobes, living room furniture and table and chairs.
Size of Student Flats: We usually have a selection of studio, one, two or three bed flats to rent in London.
